Viewing the Online Food Order History

The Order History will allow you to see all food orders placed. It shows the Date, Time Ordered, Time Completed, Order Number, Transaction Number and name of the customer. 

Navigate to Order History

1. Click Admin
2. Click Food Order Setup
3. Click Settings
4. Click Order History
5. In Order History you can see all items linked to an order. Select the Order Number

• View Order - Shows you the Order Details
• Print Delivery Slip - Allows you to reprint the order slip
• View Transaction Receipt - Allows you to reprint the Transaction Receipt slip
• Online Categories - Takes you back to the Online Categories screen
• Settings - Takes you to the Settings screen
• Clear Old Orders - Pick the date and Orders placed before that date will be removed

1. Click Back when done.
