Viewing Online Store Completed Transactions

When a membership/league item is sold in the online store, the sale is not actually associated with a customer profile in your database. It will be associated with the customer that purchased the item through PayPal or Moneris. For a Gift Certificate or Ticket Pack, you must go into your Point of Sale and associate it with a particular profile. 

 

  1. From your online tee sheet, click on Administration.

  2. Click on Online Store
  3. Click on Online Transactions
  4. Select the Start Date and End Date.
  5. Select the transaction you would like to view, and click Show Details.
  6. To view a completed customer information form attached to an item, click the form that is underlined with blue text
  7. To print the form, click Print.
