Viewing Online Food Orders in the POS

Please Note: When an order has been placed through the Online Food Orders app, the Food Orders Tab will turn Yellow at the top of the POS.

1. Click on the Food Orders tab
2. Click Confirm once the order has been reviewed
3. Click Ready once the order has been made and is ready for pick up
4. Click Complete once the order has been picked up by the customer or delivered to the customer
5. If you need to view the additional information that was added by the customer with regards to pickup/delivery or any special requests, click on the Order # at the top of the order window. A new window will appear showing the information.

9: Opens the Quick key popup window

←→: Scroll

↑: Confirm All

↓: View Items

+ (Right Click): Print

Enter: -Action

*: Turn On/Off Online Ordering

5: Order Details

7: View History
