Viewing a Customers' Sales History
Turn on the Setting to Allow Staff to View the Customer Sales History
Note: This setting is per register. If if works on 1 register but not another, likely the setting is not turned on.
- From your Point of Sale, click Admin
- Choose Manage & Upgrade POS
- Check the box that says Allow staff to access customer sales history from the sales screen
Choose the Customer Profile from the Sales Screen
- From the Sales Screen, click Select Customer and choose the customer profile.
- Double click on the Image (info bubble)
- Click Customer Sales History
- Choose the Start Date and End Date for the report
- If you want to view everything since the beginning check the box beside Everything since the beginning
- Click Ok
- If you want to run the report as an excel CSV file, check the box beside Create CSV File
