Viewing a Customers' Sales History

Turn on the Setting to Allow Staff to View the Customer Sales History

Note: This setting is per register. If if works on 1 register but not another, likely the setting is not turned on. 

  1. From your Point of Sale, click Admin
  2. Choose Manage & Upgrade POS
  3. Check the box that says Allow staff to access customer sales history from the sales screen

 

Choose the Customer Profile from the Sales Screen

  1. From the Sales Screen, click Select Customer and choose the customer profile.
  2. Double click on the Image (info bubble)
  3. Click Customer Sales History
  4. Choose the Start Date and End Date for the report
  5. If you want to view everything since the beginning check the box beside Everything since the beginning
  6. Click Ok
  7. If you want to run the report as an excel CSV file, check the box beside Create CSV File
