Uploading Customer Statements

For clubs who offer on account privileges to their members or public players, statements can be uploaded to the web or printed. When statements are uploaded, you also have the option to have an automatic email sent to the customer to let them know that a statement is now available for them to view online. 

  1. Click Admin
  2. Click Reports
  3. Click Upload / Email Statements
  4. Select the month and year for the statement. 
  5. Select the type of statement you want to upload. 
  6. Set the statement options. 
  7. Click Ok
  8. Click Yes
  9. Allow your Point of Sale time to build and upload the statements. 

 

Statement Uploaded Notification Email

You may choose to have an autogenerated email sent to your customers when their statement is uploaded to the web. The email will be sent to anyone with a balance on their statement, including credit balances. This setting can be accessed through www.tee-on.com and not through the POS. 

  1. Click Administration
  2. Click Email Setup
  3. Click Email Settings
  4. Check the box for the following options Allow members to view statements online and Send member statement uploaded notification emails
  5. Click Save
