Updating a Customer’s Profile

Updating a customer's profile is permission protected function of the system; only administrators with the Customer Maintenance permission will be able to update a customer's profile. 

 

  1. Click Administration
  2. Click Customers
  3. Click Customer Search
  4. Type in the Customer’s name, phone, email or member ID
  5. To filter by member type, choose the member types on the right hand side.
  6. Click Search
  7. Select the Customer’s name from the list. 
  8. Click Edit
  9. Make the necessary updates.
  10. Click Save
