Updating a Customer’s Profile
Updating a customer's profile is permission protected function of the system; only administrators with the Customer Maintenance permission will be able to update a customer's profile.
- Click Administration
- Click Customers
- Click Customer Search
- Type in the Customer’s name, phone, email or member ID
- To filter by member type, choose the member types on the right hand side.
- Click Search
- Select the Customer’s name from the list.
- Click Edit
- Make the necessary updates.
- Click Save
