Transfer Balance

The Point of Sale includes a functionality to transfer balances between accounts. You are able to transfer regular on account, membership account and loyalty point balances from one customer profile to another. 

1. Click Admin
2. Click Customers
3. Click Transfer Balance
4. Select the account type you want to transfer. Note: the transfer process is the same for all three types of accounts. 
5. Click Choose Account and select the account you are transferring the balance from. 
6. Click Choose Account and select the account you are transferring the balance to. 
7. Click Transfer Amount
8. Type in the Amount to be transferred. 
9. Click Ok
10. Click Save
