Transaction is not Showing up on the day it was purchased

When an sale is made in the online store, the Point of Sale will only see the transaction if it is powered on. 


When you power on the Point of Sale, the transaction will then be available for you to view in the Transaction Viewer. 


Example:

 

Bob Golfer purchases an Electronic Gift Card in the Online Store on December 8th, 2017.  

 

The Point of Sale server computer was not powered on during the time of the transaction.

 

The Point of Sale server computer was  powered on December 10th, 2017.

 

The transaction will show up in the Transaction Viewer in the Point of Sale as being sold on December 10th, 2017, however, the PayPal transaction will show up in Online Transactions from your Online Store administration the day the purchase was made.
