Tracking Customer Type Rounds

There are several ways to gain information on rounds played by customer type. Some clubs like to see a breakdown of the rounds played by customer type on their sales reports. In this case, you will want to create an 18 and 9 hole green fee for each of your customer types and configure them in check-in. 

 

Step 1: Create the Items

  • If you choose to track rounds by customer type you will need to create an 18 and 9 hole green fee item for each of your member types.

 

Step 2: Configure the Member Round for Each Member Type

  1. Click Admin
  2. Click Tee Sheet
  3. Click Check-In Setup
  4. Click Set Green Fee
  5. Select the Day from the drop-down. 
  6. Click Ok
  7. Click Add/Remove Time Range
  8. Select the Start Time from the drop-down. 
  9. Select the End Time from the drop-down. 
  10. Select the Member Type from the drop-down. 
  11. Select 18 Holes from the drop-down. 
  12. Highlight the Time Range
  13. Click Add/Remove Items
  14. Select the items to be added. 
  15. Click Ok
  16. Select 9 Holes from the drop-down. 
  17. Click Add/Remove Items
  18. Select the items to be added. 
  19. Click Ok 
  20. Click Save
