Tournament Fees in Check-in
For clubs who have blocked tournaments on their tee sheet and you have tournaments where guests will check-in with the club, you will want to setup your league fees in check-in as well.
The POS recognizes times that are flagged as tournament times and will default to tournament fees for these times. If your pricing varies depending on the individual tournament, be sure to use the time ranges within check-in to specify when each price is applicable.
Navigate to Check-In Setup
- Click Admin
- Click Tee Sheet
- Click Check-In Setup
Set the Tournament Fee
- Click Set Tournament Fee
- Select the day from the drop-down.
- Click Ok
Create a New Time Range
- Click Add/Remove Time Range
- Click Add Time Range
- Select the Tournament Start Time from the drop-down.
- Select the Tournament End Time from the drop-down.
Editing an Existing Time Range
- Select the time range.
- Click Add/Edit/Remove Time Range
- Select Edit Time Range
- Select the Start Time and End Time from the drop-downs.
- Click Ok
Removing an Existing Time Range
- Select the time range.
- Click Add/Edit/Remove Time Range
- Click Remove Time Range
- Click Yes if you would like to remove all the fees in this time range including fees for all member types, for both 18 and 9 holes as well as for proshop and online bookings.
- Click Ok when finished.
Adding a Single Tournament Fee to a Time Range
- Select the Customer Type from the drop-down.
- Select 18 Holes from the drop-down.
- Highlight the Time Range
- Click Add/Remove Items
- Select the items to be added.
- Click Ok
- Select 9 Holes from the drop-down.
- Click Add/Remove Items
- Select the items to be added.
- Click Ok
- Click Save
Adding a Single Item or Multiple Items to Multiple Types
- Select the time range.
- Click Add Item(s) to Multiple Types
- On the left hand side, select the types individually by checking off the box or click Select All Types to select all member types.
- Navigate through the departments and select the league fee(s) to be added to this time slot.
- To deselect a member type, check the box beside it, or click Deselect All Types.
- Click Ok when finished.
Setting the Item Order
- Select the time range.
- To set the Item order, click Set Item Order.
- Select the fee to move and use the up and down arrows to change the order. (The top fee in the list is the default)
- Click Ok when finished.
Copy Fees to another Time Range
- Select the time range.
- Click Copy Fees
- Select the member types by checking off the box beside the member type, or to select all member types, click Select All Member Types.
- To deselect a member type, check the box beside it, or click Deselect All Types.
- Select the time range to copy to by clicking on the drop-down.
- Click Ok when finished.
Copy Day Config
- Select the time range.
- Click Copy Day Config
- Select the days individually by checking off the box beside the day, or click Select Weekday to select all weekdays and Select Weekend to select weekends.
- Click Deselect All to deselect all.
- Click Ok.
