[General Administration](https://academy.teeon.com/en-ca/academy-standalone/point-of-sale?hsLang=en-ca#general-administration) # Tournament Fees in Check-in For clubs who have blocked tournaments on their tee sheet and you have tournaments where guests will check-in with the club, you will want to setup your league fees in check-in as well.   The POS recognizes times that are flagged as tournament times and will default to tournament fees for these times. If your pricing varies depending on the individual tournament, be sure to use the time ranges within check-in to specify when each price is applicable.     **Navigate to Check-In Setup** 1. Click **Admin** 2. Click [**Tee Sheet**](https://support-standalone.teeon.com/hc/en-us/articles/www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_164/TeeSheet.png) 3. Click [**Check-In Setup**](https://support-standalone.teeon.com/hc/en-us/articles/www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_164/Check-inSetup.png)   **Set the Tournament Fee** 1. Click [**Set Tournament Fee**](https://support-standalone.teeon.com/hc/en-us/articles/www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_164/SetTournamentFee.png) 2. Select the [**day**](https://support-standalone.teeon.com/hc/en-us/articles/www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_164/ChooseDay.png) from the drop-down.  3. Click **Ok**   **Create a New Time Range** 1. Click [**Add Time Range**](https://support-standalone.teeon.com/hc/en-us/articles/www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_164/TournamentAddTimeRange.png) 3. Select the Tournament**[ Start Time](https://support-standalone.teeon.com/hc/en-us/articles/www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_164/TournamentFeeStartTime.png) **from the drop-down.  4. Select the Tournament [**End Time **](https://support-standalone.teeon.com/hc/en-us/articles/www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_164/TournamentFeeEndTime.png)from the drop-down.    **Editing an Existing Time Range** 1. Select the time range.  2. Click [**Add/Edit/Remove Time Range**](https://support-standalone.teeon.com/hc/en-us/articles/www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_164/TournamentFeeAddEditRemove.png) 3. Select [**Edit Time Range**](https://support-standalone.teeon.com/hc/en-us/articles/www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_164/TournamentFeesEditTimeRange.png) 4. Select the [**Start Time **and **End Time **](https://support-standalone.teeon.com/hc/en-us/articles/www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_164/TournamentFeesStartEndTime.png)from the drop-downs.  5. Click **Ok**   **Removing an Existing Time Range** 1. Select the time range.  2. Click [**Add/Edit/Remove Time Range**](https://support-standalone.teeon.com/hc/en-us/articles/www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_164/TournamentFeeAddEditRemove.png) 3. Click [**Remove Time Range**](https://support-standalone.teeon.com/hc/en-us/articles/www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_164/TournamentFeeRemoveTimeRange.png) 4. Click **Yes** if you would like to remove all the fees in this time range including fees for all member types, for both 18 and 9 holes as well as for proshop and online bookings. 5. Click **Ok** when finished.    **Adding a Single Tournament Fee to a Time Range** 1. Select the **[Customer Type](https://support-standalone.teeon.com/hc/en-us/articles/www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_164/TournamentFeeSelectCustomer.png) **from the drop-down.  2. Select [**18 Holes **](https://support-standalone.teeon.com/hc/en-us/articles/www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_164/TournamentFee18Holes.png)from the drop-down.  3. Highlight the Time Range 4. Click [**Add/Remove Items**](https://support-standalone.teeon.com/hc/en-us/articles/www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_164/TournamentFeeAddRemoveItem.png) 5. Select the items to be added. 6. Click [**Ok**](https://support-standalone.teeon.com/hc/en-us/articles/www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_164/TournamentFeeOk.png) 7. Select [**9 Holes **](https://support-standalone.teeon.com/hc/en-us/articles/www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_164/TournamentFee9Holes.png)from the drop-down.  8. Click [**Add/Remove Items**](https://support-standalone.teeon.com/hc/en-us/articles/www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_164/TournamentFee9HolesAddRemoveItem.png) 9. Click [**Save**](https://support-standalone.teeon.com/hc/en-us/articles/www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_164/TournamentFee9HolesSave.png) **Adding a Single Item or Multiple Items to Multiple Types** 1. Select the time range.  2. Click [**Add Item(s) to Multiple Types**](https://support-standalone.teeon.com/hc/en-us/articles/www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_164/TournamentFeeAddItemsToMultipleTypes.png) 3. On the left hand side, select the types individually by checking off the box or click [**Select All Types**](https://support-standalone.teeon.com/hc/en-us/articles/www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_164/TournamentFeeSelectAllTypes.png) to select all member types.  4. Navigate through the departments and select the league fee(s) to be added to this time slot.  5. To deselect a member type, check the box beside it, or click [**Deselect All Types**](https://support-standalone.teeon.com/hc/en-us/articles/www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_164/TournamentFeeDeselectAll.png).  6. Click **Ok** when finished.    **Setting the Item Order** 1. Select the time range. 2. To set the Item order, click [**Set Item Order**](https://support-standalone.teeon.com/hc/en-us/articles/www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_164/TournamentFeeSetItemOrder.png).  3. Select the fee to move and [**use the up and down arrows**](https://support-standalone.teeon.com/hc/en-us/articles/www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_164/TournamentFeeSetItemOrderArrows.png) to change the order. (The top fee in the list is the default)  4. Click **Ok** when finished.    **Copy Fees to another Time Range** 1. Select the time range. 2. Click [**Copy Fees**](https://support-standalone.teeon.com/hc/en-us/articles/www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_164/TournamentFeeCopyFees.png) 3. Select the member types by checking off the box beside the member type, or to select all member types, click [**Select All Member Types**](https://support-standalone.teeon.com/hc/en-us/articles/www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_164/TournamentFeeCopyFeeSelectAllMemberTypes.png).  4. To deselect a member type, check the box beside it, or click [**Deselect All Types**](https://support-standalone.teeon.com/hc/en-us/articles/www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_164/TournamentFeeCopyFeesDeselectAll.png).  5. [**Select the time range**](https://support-standalone.teeon.com/hc/en-us/articles/www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_164/TournamentFeeCopyFeesTimeRange.png) to copy to by clicking on the drop-down.  6. Click **Ok** when finished.    **Copy Day Config** 1. Select the time range.  2. Click [**Copy Day Config**](https://support-standalone.teeon.com/hc/en-us/articles/www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_164/TournamentFeeCopyDayConfig.png) 3. Select the days individually by checking off the box beside the day,  or click [**Select Weekday**](https://support-standalone.teeon.com/hc/en-us/articles/www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_164/TournamentFeeCopyDayConfigSelectDays.png) to select all weekdays and [**Select Weekend**](https://support-standalone.teeon.com/hc/en-us/articles/www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_164/TournamentFeeCopyDayConfigSelectDays.png) to select weekends.  4. Click [**Deselect All**](https://support-standalone.teeon.com/hc/en-us/articles/www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_164/TournamentFeeCopyFeesDeselectAll.png) to deselect all.  5.
