Time Clock Setup

When you are first setting up the Time Clock, use the Time Clock Setup Wizard to guide you. 

 

Accessing the Time Clock Setup Wizard

  1. Click Administration
  2. Click Time Clock
  3. Click Time Clock Setup Wizard

 

Time Clock Settings

  1. Click Configure Your Rounding Options
  2. The Time Clock application lets you decide how to adjust the hours worked for each shift on the reports. You can choose both the rounding interval (i.e. round to the nearest quarter hour, half hour, etc.) and the rounding method (round up, round down or round closest). You can also choose to round the in/out times individually.
  3. Select the Rounding Interval from the drop-down
  4. Select the Rounding Method from the drop-down
  5. If you want to round the in/out times, check the box beside Round In/Out Times and choose the Rounding Interval & Rounding Method for the In/Out Time.
  6. The Time Clock application can print two types of reports. A Summary Report and a Detailed report. The detailed report lists each time clock entry and has the option of printing the notes with the entries.
  7. Configure your print options by checking the box beside each option
  8. Click Save

 

Time Clock Work Areas

  1. Click Configure Your Work Areas
  2. Click Add
  3. Type in the name of the work area. 
  4. Click Save
  5. Continue this process until you have added all of the work areas that your club requires.

 

Time Clock Staff Rate Setup

  1. Click Configure Your Rates
  2. Highlight the Staff Member
  3. Select their Work Area from the drop-down. 
  4. Type in their Rate
  5. Add a second work area if required
  6. Check the box to mark an area as this Staff Member's Default
  7. Continue this process until all of your staff's rates have been added
  8. Click Save
  9. Click Finish
  10. Click Finish
