Tee Sheet Training Overview
Learning and Support
Learning and Support is accessible from the Tee On homepage after logging in. Here you will find tutorials on the Tee Sheet’s functions to help guide you in setting up your tee sheet.
Course Website Integration
Tee On provides clubs with a series of different plugins for the course’s website. Select the plugin(s) you would like and Tee On will send an email containing instructions for integration to the person who administers your club’s website. If you would like to discuss which plugin(s) would work best for your course website, please call Tee On Support at (519) 434-7877 Ext.1.
Customers and Members
Adding Customer Types
Member Types, for example, Adult Member, Junior Member, Couples Member, are added to the online portion of the Tee On software.
To add different member types: Admin → Customer Types → Add/Edit Customer Types
Adding Staff
You have the option to add your staff either through Tee On online or the Point of Sale system.
To add staff online: Admin→ Staff→ Add Staff→ Select Administrator or Super Administrator for the Customer Type
To set staff permissions: Admin → Staff → Staff List → Details → Edit
Adding Customers
When adding members online you have two options depending on the amount of detail you would like to input on the individual. You have the option to add multiple members which includes Name, Gender, Member Type, Phone Number, Email Address and Password. If you want to include further information such as the member’s address you can add them using the “Add Member” function online or through the POS.
Note: For new courses who can obtain an excel spreadsheet of their customer database we can import your list into Tee On.
To add members: Admin → Customers→ Add Customer or Add Multiple Customers
League Administration
If you have allotted league times at your course that you would like blocked on your tee sheet add your leagues to the system.
To add a league: Admin →Leagues → Add League.
Note: If you would like your league members to be able to book into leagues online you will need to add them to the league.
Tee Time Administration
Creating Templates
A template is the basic plan for your tee sheet on any given day. Recognizing that every course is different in how they set up their tee sheet the creation of templates is incredibly flexible. Depending on how your course is set up you may find that you have a distinct template for every day of the week. Or use the same basic template for multiple days.
To build a template: Admin → Templates→ Create New Template
Pricing
Clubs have the option to display pricing to golfers who are booking online.
To access Pricing Setup: Admin→ Online Pricing → Pricing Setup
Hours of Operation
The Hours of Operation functionality is used to adjust the tee sheet for daylight.
To access Hours of Operation: Admin → Hours of Operation

Set the hours of operation for a single day or range of days- set the dates and adjust the start and end time.

Set the default hours of operation- select the default start and end time for your club’s tee sheet.

View hours of operation- allows you to view a chart for a month at a time.
Settings
You have complete control over your tee sheet using the tee sheet settings. The settings can be adjusted at anytime if you choose to make changes later and are live instantly.
To adjust the tee sheet settings: Tee Sheet → Customize Tee Sheet
Message Zone
You have the option to display messages for your administrators and golfers.
To create a Message: Admin → Messages
Tournament Administration
Tee On allows you to put Regular, Shotgun and Crossover tournaments on your tee sheet. You are able to make tournaments web-bookable and for shotgun tournaments, give the coordinator a login to the tournament to enter the draw.
Event Management
The Event Management functionality allows you to organize your events and store the information so that it is accessible to your staff. You are able to build and customize templates so they fit your specific needs for a particular event.
Course Reports
Tee On has a library of reports that you can choose from to analyze public and member play at your golf club.
To access Reports: Admin→ Reports
Online Store (Optional)
Tee On’s Online Store gives your customers a way to purchase directly from your course’s website and it flows into your Point of Sale simplifying administration and inventory tracking. With the Online Store you can sell memberships, league passes, gift cards, proshop merchandise, etc. We will generally do the Online Store training separate from the tee sheet training as you will need your items setup in your POS before starting Online Store training.
