[Templates](https://academy.teeon.com/en-ca/academy-standalone/tee-sheet?hsLang=en-ca#templates) # Tee Sheet Template Calendar The Template Calendar makes it easy to see what templates you have applied to each day. You also have the option to change the template that is applied to a particular day by clicking on the edit icon in the top right corner and following the steps for applying a template.  1. Click **Administration** 2. Click [**Templates**](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_6/TemplatesViewTemplatesUsed.png) 3. Click [**Template Calendar**](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_6/TemplateCalendar.jpg) 4. Adjust the month on the calendar if necessary.   **Applying a Template from the Template Calendar (Individual Day)** 1. To apply a different template to an individual day, select the day on the calendar by [**clicking on the pencil icon**](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_6/PencilTemplateCalendar.jpg) 2. Select the [**Template**](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_6/SelectDropDownTemplateCalendar.jpg) from the drop-down. 3. Click [**Apply Template**](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_6/ApplyTemplateTemplateCalendar.jpg)   **Applying a Template from the Template Calendar (Multiple Days)** 1. To apply a different template to multiple days, select the start date on the calendar by [**clicking on the pencil icon**](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_6/PencilTemplateCalendar.jpg) 2. Click [**Multiple Dates**](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_6/MultipleDatesTemplateCalendar.jpg) 3. Select the dates by [**clicking on the day**](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_6/SelectDatesTemplateCalendar.jpg) (Individual days) 4. Check off the box beside [**Range**](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_6/RangeStartEndTemplateCalendar.jpg) and choose the range start and range end dates. 5. Select the days of the week to apply the template to and click [**Add**](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_6/AddTemplateCalendar.jpg). The dates will appear on the right hand side. 6. Click [**Next**](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_6/NextTemplateCalendar.jpg) 7. Select the [**Template**](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_6/ChooseTemplateTemplateCalendar.jpg) from the drop-down. 8. Click [**Apply Template**](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_6/SelectTemplateTemplateCalendar.jpg). You will now see the updated templates on the template calendar.   **Generating a Template View Report from the Template Calendar** 1. From the administration screen, click [**Templates**](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_6/TemplatesViewTemplatesUsed.png) 2. Click [**Template Calendar**](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_6/TemplateCalendar.jpg) 3. On the template calendar click on the name of the template.
