Tee Sheet Stats (Tee Time Utilization)

Viewing the Tee Sheet Stats

  1. From your Online Tee Sheet click Stats
  2. The Tee Time Utilization will stats appear 
  3. If you want to see the previous 7 days, click Last 7 Days
  4. If you want to see the next 7 days, click Next 7 Days
  5. If you want to see a detailed breakdown click Details. (This will show you # Available, # Booked and Used for Tee Times, Leagues & Tournaments)
  6. The Average Days Ahead shows you the average number of days out golfers are booking

 

Tee Time Utilization Report

  1. If you want to run the Tee Time Utilization report click Tee Time Utilization
  2. Select the Date you want to run the Tee Time Utilization report for
  3. If you want to run the report for a range of dates click Multiple Dates and choose the dates
  4. Select the course (Or courses for Multi-Course)
  5. Choose what to include on the report for League Rounds & Tournament rounds. (Reserved Times/Golfers are times that are reserved and not actually booked. If you want the report based on golfers booked then choose Players Booked)
  6. Click Run Export. The file will be in your downloads
