Tables Options
When setting up your table service, you can set the following options so that they best suit the needs of your food and beverage setup.
Auto logout when closing a table
When this setting is checked, the staff member will be automatically logged out of the Point of Sale after they close a table. This is useful for courses using virtual registers.
Require manager override to remove items from tables
When checked, an override password will have to be typed in in order for any items to be removed from tables. If you decide to leave it unchecked, there is a removed item report that you can run.
Lock tables by staff member
When checked, staff members will not be able to access other server’s tables unless they have the individual Point of Sale permission.
Print customer sign-off on all summaries
Print a signature line on all transaction summaries.
Print customer sign-off for guests
Print a signature line on transaction summaries for guests.
Remove white space between customers when printing to the kitchen/bar
White space between customers is removed. This space was added for clubs who choose to view an individual chit for each customer.
Remove white space at the bottom of the printout when printing to the kitchen/bar
The extra white space at the bottom of the printout is removed.
Print full order details only at the top of the kitchen/bar printouts
Order details including the table name, seating area, date and time print only at the top of the kitchen/bar printout for the table.
Add extra white space to the top of kitchen printouts
Extra white space is added at the top of kitchen printouts for courses using a chit holder.
Print all items on separate lines on kitchen/bar printouts
When this setting is turned on, each item prints on its own line. For example, if there is a duplicate item it would normally print Cheeseburger 3. When the setting is active items will print Cheeseburger, Cheeseburger, Cheeseburger.

All orders from a table print on a single printout to the kitchen printer.

All orders from a table print on a single printout to the kitchen 2 printer.

All orders from a table print on a single printout to the bar printer.
Display full description on all tables
All information will show Tables. Table #/Name, Server, Customer & Customer #, # of Customer
Always to to menu screen when opening a Table
When Table selected will open the set Menu screen
Assign seat numbers to customers on a table
Can assign or change seat numbers per customer.
