Staff Quick Logins

Since it is time consuming to re-enter staff IDs and passwords for each transaction, Tee On has created a feature that allows staff to login using one or more characters. This is particularly helpful for courses with food and beverage organizations that are using the Auto Logout feature. Quick logins can be numbers or letters or a combination of both. It is easiest to use numbers, since we have created a numeric keypad that works for touch screens.

Creating a Quick Login

1. Click Admin
2. Click Staff
3. Search the staff member. 
4. Select the staff member's profile.
5. From the General tab, click Next
6. Type in the Staff Quick Login and then confirm the Staff Quick Login. 
7. Click Save

To sign in using a quick login, type in the password field. You do not need a username when using quick logins.

TIP: If you are using quick logins it is a good idea to have your register default to the password field, see register settings for more information.
