Shotgun Tournaments

Booking a Shotgun Tournament from the Tournament Calendar

Navigate to the Tournament Calendar

  1. From your Tee On account online, click Administration
  2. Click Tournaments
  3. Click Tournament Calendar
  4. Navigate to the Month of the tournament
  5. Click Add Tournament on the day of the tournament

Tournament Layout

  1. Select Shotgun as the tournament format
  2. Choose the Number of Holes 
  3. Select the Included Nines
  4. Select the Date of the shotgun tournament
  5. Select the Start Time
  6. Enter the Duration
  7. Enter the Lead Time. (The lead time is the time leading up to the tournament you wish to block off)
  8. Select the Draw Template from the drop-down. If you have no draw templates created you will have to create one first.
  9. Enter the Number of Golfers
  10. Enter the Number of Carts
  11. Click Set Tournament Details or Select the Tournament Details drop-down

Tournament Details

  1. Type the Tournament Name
  2. Type the Contact Name for the tournament
  3. Type the Phone Number
  4. Type the Alternate Phone (Optional)
  5. Type the Fax (Optional)
  6. Type the Email (Optional)
  7. Enter any notes into the Notes box
  8. Click Save to save the tournament

Booking a Shotgun Tournament from the Tournament List

 

Navigate to the Tournament List

  1. From your Tee On account online, click Administration
  2. Click Tournaments
  3. Click Tournament List
  4. Click Add

Tournament Layout

  1. Select Shotgun as the tournament format
  2. Choose the Number of Holes
  3. Select the Included Nines
  4. Select the Date of the shotgun tournament
  5. Select the Start Time
  6. Enter the Duration

  9. Enter the Number of Golfers

  1. Type the Tournament Name
