Setting up your Online Store

The Online Store is an optional feature available to Tee On Point of Sale customers.

 

The Online Store integrates with the Tee On Point of Sale and allows you to make your inventory available for sale online.

 

The payments are processed through PayPal or Moneris. Before your store can function you need to fill in the fields below.

 

Please call Tee On Support at (519) 434-7877 Ext.1 to discuss setting up an online store for your club.

  1. Click Administration
  2. Click Online Store
  3. Click Getting Started
  4. Click Set up your online store

 

Payment Provider Setup (Moneris)

  1. Choose Moneris from the drop-down. 
  2.  Click Moneris Integration Settings
  3. Type in your Moneris Store ID (The store ID usually starts with monca or gwca. Make sure you enter the store ID in lower case as it is case sensitive!). 
  4. Type in your Moneris API Token. This can be found by logging into your Moneris Gateway account online (https://www3.moneris.com/mpg/) 
  5. Hover over Admin on the top and click Store Settings. 
  6. You can copy and paste the API token found on the top of the page into the blank space but be sure to delete any blank spaces before the start of the API token.
  7. The next step is to enter in the Hosted Tokenization Profile ID. This is found by hovering over Admin and then clicking Hosted Tokenization. 
  8. In the box beside Source Domain type in: https://www.tee-on.com 
  9. Click Create Profile. You will see a Profile ID will be assigned to that domain (https://www.tee-on.com) 
  10. Copy and paste the Profile ID into the Hosted Tokenization Profile ID field in the Moneris configuration in Tee On. 
  11. Type in your Merchant Name (E.g. Bluegrass Golf Club) 
  12. Merchant Address 1 would be the street name and number 
  13. Merchant Address 2 will be the City and Province 
  14. Merchant Address 3 will be the Postal Code 
  15. The Merchant URL is the URL for your website. (E.g. www.bluegrassgolfclub.com) 
  16. If you have any restrictions you would like to have appear on the customer receipt then enter them into the box provided.
  17. Once all of the information has been entered click Apply. 

 

 

Payment Provider Setup (PayPal)

  1. Choose PayPal from the drop-down. 
  2. Enter the Email Address associated with your PayPal Business Account. 
  3. Select your Country Currency from the drop-down.  

 

 

Purchase Notifications

  1. You must enter at least one email address for purchase notifications. Type in the email address you'd like the purchase notifications to be sent to. Once you have finished typing in the email, click Add. 
  2. The email addresses that purchase notifications will be sent to are displayed inside of the box. 
  3. To delete an email, select the email to delete, and click Delete.  

 

Item Layout

 

Tee On's store allows you to choose the item layout. Items laid out in rows are better for items without pictures or some items and some without pictures. If you add pictures to all your items you can choose the columns layout. 

  1. Choose either Columns or Rows from the drop down. 

 

Plug-In Code

 

You must embed the Tee On Online Store plug-in on your website. To do this you or your website administrator must be able to add and update pages on your website. The plug-in code can be copied and pasted into the desired page. Most online website editors have a way to insert html code. Make sure you paste the code as raw html or src, not plain text. 

 

  1. Type your website administrators email address in the box provided to email the plug-in code, and click Send. 
  2. If you are the website administrator, the plug-in code can be copied and pasted into the desired web page. Click Show Plug-in Code & copy and paste the code into your web page. Make sure you paste the code as raw html or src, not plain text. 

 

Linking to your Online Store Page

 

Enter the URL (website address) of your online store below. (If you've emailed your code to your website administrator, you will have to return here to complete this section after they have embedded the code onto your website)

 

  1. Enter the URL of your Online Store page. 
  2. Click Next
