Setting the Happy Hour Pricing Level Priority

Some courses have more than one pricing level that is applicable to the same group of people so it is important to set the priority for which level will be in use if the days and times of the levels overlap.

 

For example, if the club offers all members and public players a Tuesday Drink Special of 25% off from 4:00 PM-8:00 PM on Tuesdays and also offers members 10% off all Food and Beverage all the time, you will want to make sure that Tuesday Drink Special is set to have a higher priority than the Member Food and Beverage Pricing or the members will not receive the 25% off during that time range.

  1. To set the priority, go to Admin
  2. Click Items & Departments
  3. Click Discounts/Happy Hour
  4. From the list select the Tuesday Drink Special and use the arrows to move it to the top priority. 
  5. Click Save
