Sending Sign In Info to an Individual Customer

  1. From your Tee-On account online (tee-on.com) click Administration
  2. Click Customers
  3. Click Customer Search
  4. Search for the customer by typing the Name, Phone Number, Email or Member ID.
  5. Click Search
  6. Select the customer's profile
  7. Click Send Sign In Info

Note: An email containing the username will be sent to the customer's email address. The email will also contain a link for them to reset their password. If they don't see the email then get them to check their Junk/Spam folder.

 

Sending Sign In Info to a List of Customers

Sign In information (Usernames and Passwords) can be sent to all the non-public golfers in your list who have a valid email address on their profile. The system will only send the information once to each golfer. You can resend the information again on an individual basis.

  1. From your Tee On account online (teeon.com) click Administration
  2. Click Customers
  3. Click Customer Lists
  4. Choose the member types you want to send the sign in info to by checking off the box beside each type.
  5. Click Send Sign In Info
  6. Click Send Sign In Information
