Sending Email Communication Options

Sending Email Communication Options to Individual Customers

  1. From your Tee On account, click Administration
  2. Click Customers
  3. Select Customer Lists
  4. Select the types to list by checking off the box beside the corresponding text.
  5. Click Retrieve List
  6. Select the customer. 
  7. Click Send Email Communication Options
  8. The customer will now get to choose what email communication options they receive.

 

Sending Email Communication to an Entire Customer List

  1. From your Tee On account, click Administration
  2. Click Customers
  3. Select Customer Lists
  4. Select the Member Type(s). 
  5. Click Retrieve List
  6. Click Email Communication Options
  7. This will send an email to all customers in this list with email addresses instructing them to update their email options for your course. This is not something you want to send repeatedly as you will risk annoying your customers which may result in them turning off all communications from your course.
  8. Click Yes to send email communication options
