Selling a Preprinted Gift Card

1. From the main sales screen, click Gift Certificate Sale. 
2. Type in the gift certificate Amount. 
3. Uncheck Auto Generate
4. In the Ticket ID field, scan the barcode or type in the ID from the preprinted card. 
5. Optional: Associate a customer with the gift cert. by typing in their information or selecting Choose Existing Member if they are in your system. 
6. Click Ok
7. Select the payment type. 

Redeeming a Preprinted Gift Card

1. Select the items for the transaction. 
2. Click Gift Certificate as the payment type. 
3. Scan or type in the ticket ID. 

If the remaining balance is less than the transaction amount, a window will open prompting you to perform a split payment to complete the transaction.

1. Click Perform Split Payment
2. Select the second payment type
3. Click Apply
4. Click Ok
