Resource Setup

Navigate to Resource Setup

1. From your Tee On account online, click Administration

2. Click Reservations

3. Click Resource Setup

Creating a Resource Type

Resource Type

Start creating your resource by defining the type of resource (e.g. Simulator, Range Mat, Lessons, Shuttle, etc.). Alternatively, you may choose an existing resource type and create a new copy.

1. Click Create Different Resource

2. Type the name of the new Resource Type

3. Enter the Max # of Names in a Booking. This is the maximum number of names that can be entered in a booking. 

4. Enter the Default # of Time Slots per Booking

5. Enter the Max # of Time Slots per Booking

6. If you'd like to add a Description to this resource type, just insert the text below.

7. Click Next

Resource Copies

Create one of more copies of this resource.

1. Enter the Display Name for this resource. (e.g. East Simulator, West Simulator, Shuttle, Range Mat, etc.)

2. Type a Description if needed

3. If you want to create multiple copies then check off the box beside Create multiple copies

4. Click Next

Daily Schedule

Create the daily schedule for this resource.

1. Enter the Start Time

2. Enter the End Time (Last Time)

3. Enter Interval 1 in Minutes

4. Enter Interval 2 in Minutes (optional)

5. Click Build. You will see the times listed in the times box

6. If you need to remove times and start over click Remove Times

7. If you need to add a single time, enter the time and click Add

8. Click Save

9. If you need to create another Resource Copy, repeat this process but select the Resource Type instead of creating a new one.
