Resetting your Password (Forgot Password)

Forgot Username / Password - If you know your Username

  1. Go to www.tee-on.com
  2. Click SIGN IN
  3. Click FORGOT USERNAME / PASSWORD
  4. Click I KNOW MY USERNAME
  5. Type your Username into the box provided 
  6. Click NEXT
  7. Tee On will send you a verification code to the phone number that is on your account. If the phone number is correct, click TEXT ME THE CODE
  8. If you don't have a phone number on your account or the number is incorrect, click I DON'T HAVE MY PHONE. You will then have the option to have the verification code sent to your email address. 
  9. Click EMAIL ME THE CODE to have the code sent to your email address. 
  10. Enter the verification code provided to you by Tee-On into the box provided. The verification code is only valid for 60 minutes. Keep the tab open so you can enter the code in when it arrives.
  11. Click NEXT once you have entered the code into the box provided. 
  12. You can now enter in your new password.
  13. Click SAVE to save your new password.

 

Forgot Username / Password - If you don't know your Username

  1. Go to www.tee-on.com
  2. Click SIGN IN
  3. Click FORGOT USERNAME / PASSWORD
  4. Click I DON'T KNOW MY USERNAME
  5. If you belong to a golf course (e.g. member, league player, season pass holder, etc.) you may recover your course profile by clicking RECOVER MY COURSE PROFILE
  6. Type in the name of the course and click NEXT
  7. Select the course and click NEXT.
  8. Type in your Email Address and click NEXT.
  9. Click TEXT ME THE CODE to have the verification code texted to you.
  10. You can also search by your phone number if you click SEARCH BY MY PHONE NUMBER, enter your Phone Number in and click NEXT.
  11. Click TEXT ME THE CODE to have the verification code texted to your Phone. 
  12. Enter the verification code provided to you by Tee-On into the box provided. The verification code is only valid for 60 minutes. Keep the tab open so you can enter the code in when it arrives.
  13. Click NEXT once you have entered the code into the box provided. 
  14. You can now enter in your new password.
  15. Click SAVE to save your new password.

 

Forgot Username / Password - If you have a verification code

  1. Go to www.tee-on.com
  2. Click SIGN IN
  3. Click FORGOT USERNAME / PASSWORD
  4. Click I HAVE A VERIFICATION CODE
  5. Type in the verification code and then your username and click "NEXT". If you don't know your username click I DON'T KNOW MY USERNAME
  6. You can now enter in your new password.
  7. Click SAVE to save your new password.
