# Reservation Settings

**Navigate to Reservation Settings**

1. From your Tee On account online, click **Administration**
2. Click [**Reservations**](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_1115/1115_02.png)
3. Click [**Reservation Settings**](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_1115/1115_03.png)
4. Once you have finished making changes, click [**Save**](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_1115/1115_04.png)

**Web Booking: General**

- **Web Booking**: Enables online booking. Check to enable online booking

- **Booking Buffer**: Same-day web booking delay in hours. A one-hour delay setting would mean that at 9AM. the next available online booking would be after 10AM.
- **Web Changes**: Allow customers to change bookings online. Check this setting to allow customers to change bookings online.
- **Change Buffer**: Set how many hours before the scheduled booking that it can be changed online. For example, if this is set at 4 hours, the customer can change the booking through the web four or more hours prior to the booking. If the scheduled booking is less than four hours away, the customer will receive a message to call to change the booking.
- **Web Cancellations**: Allow customers to cancel bookings online. Check to allow customers to cancel bookings online. 
- **Cancellation Buffer**: Set how many hours before the scheduled booking that it can be cancelled online. For example, if this is set at 4 hours, the customer can cancel the booking through the web four or more hours prior to the booking. If the scheduled booking is less than four hours away, the customer will receive a message to call to cancel the booking. 
- **Web Pairing**: Allow customers to join existing bookings when booking online. Allows customers to add themselves to existing bookings online. If not allowed, customers can book into empty times only.
- **Force Names**: Force customer to enter names for the entire party. 
- **Maximum Bookings**: Maximum daily bookings per customer. Allows you to restrict the number of bookings a customer can have on a single day. 

 

**Web Booking: Members**

- **Start Time**: Time to start web booking for members. This setting, combined with the "Maximum days ahead members can web book", determines the time of the day that members can start booking for the furthest day out. For example, if you want to allow members to book for Saturday starting on Monday at 7:00AM, set the maximum days ahead to five and the hour to start web booking to 7:00AM.

 

**Web Booking: Public**

- **Start Time**: Time to start web booking for the public. This setting, combined with the "Maximum days ahead public can web book", determines the time of the day that the public can start booking for the furthest day out. For example, if you want to allow the public to book for Saturday starting on Monday at 7:00AM, set the maximum days ahead to five and the hour to start web booking to 7:00AM.

 

**Pro Shop**

- **Days Available**: Number of days available for booking on the calendar. The days available to the pro shop staff. Staff will only be able to book the number of days chosen here. However, administrators with permission can see more days. 
- **Column Width**: Column width for calendar cells (default is 200px). The display width of calendar cells can be adjusted. Use this setting to adjust the width.
- **Height Adjustment:**Height adjustment for calendar cells (default is 2). The display height of calendar cells is determined by the number of minutes in the time slot. This height may appear too small or too big depending on the interval. Use this setting to adjust the height. 
- **Surnames First**: Display golfers by surnames when booking. (e.g. Jones, Bob)
