Reprinting a Ticket
Reprinting a Ticket, Game Pack or Gift Certificate
- From your Point of Sale, click Admin
- Click Ticket Management
- Type in the customers Last Name, the Ticket ID or Transaction ID
- Click Find
- Select the Ticket
- Click Reprint Ticket
- The POS will ask you for a manager override password, click Override
- Enter your Manager Override Password and click Ok
- The new Ticket will be printed
Note: When you reprint a ticket, it will issue a new Ticket ID. This will prevent the previous ticket from being used.
