Reprinting a Ticket

Reprinting a Ticket, Game Pack or Gift Certificate

  1. From your Point of Sale, click Admin
  2. Click Ticket Management
  3. Type in the customers Last Name, the Ticket ID or Transaction ID
  4. Click Find
  5. Select the Ticket
  6. Click Reprint Ticket
  7. The POS will ask you for a manager override password, click Override
  8. Enter your Manager Override Password and click Ok
  9. The new Ticket will be printed

Note: When you reprint a ticket, it will issue a new Ticket ID. This will prevent the previous ticket from being used.
