Auto-logout after each transaction
After a transaction is completed the administrator will be automatically logged out. The next administrator will be required to login with their quick login.
Show amount tendered screen at quick cash
For cash transactions, a window will pop up to enter in the amount of cash tendered. Click ok, and the amount of change due will be displayed.
Default to member ID on member chooser screens
Rather than defaulting to the member name field the POS can default to the member ID field. This is useful for clubs that are scanning member cards to identify their members during check in and member transactions.
Automatically hold transaction after printing to the kitchen
This setting applies to transactions outside of table service only. After an order is printed to the kitchen it is automatically held in the Point of Sale.
Allow transaction summaries to be printed
From table service, you have the option to allow transaction summaries to be printed and taken to the table.
Allow multiple transaction summaries to be printed
From table service, you have the option to allow staff to print multiple transaction summaries.

This setting applies to transactions outside of table service only. After a summary is printed for a transaction it is automatically held in the Point of Sale.
Search for member by username
When searching for a member you have the option to search by username rather than first or last name. This is especially useful for clubs who are scanning member cards.
Allow return to seating area without printing to the kitchen/bar
Ability to print when saving table or return to seating area from table service.
Sell items with custom taxes
This setting will prompt you to select the appropriate tax when selling items.
Go to quick item screen for table service quick sales
Default to menu when entering a table for the first time.
Show nines side by side on the tee sheet
Displays both nines side by side during check in. This is helpful for clubs that often have golfers starting off of both nines.
Show username/member ID on tables
Displays the guest’s username/member ID on their table in table service.
Require password for ‘No Sale’
When this setting is enabled a staff password or quick login is required to perform a No Sale.
The ‘No Sale’ function requires a manager override password.
Manager override password is required to click 'No Sale' and pop the cash drawer without completing a transaction.
Perform register adjustment when doing a ‘No Sale’
When the ‘No Sale’ button is used you can have the Point of Sale prompt for a register adjustment.
Automatically show gratuity pop-up on quick sales
For quick sales from table service you can have an automatic prompt for
Default to password field on login
The cursor will default to the password field in the login box. This is especially useful for clubs who have their staff auto logout after each transaction.
Default search by phone number
Instead of searching by name in the Point of Sale you can have the system default to searching by phone number.
Force staff to enter public player information
When staff are checking in public players through check-in, they can be prompted to collect the public player's information.
Print one receipt only (Override 'print two' setting on items)
When you only want to print one receipt per transaction. This Override saves time by not having to make this change in every department in the Point of Sale.
