Refunding a Prepaid Tee Time (PayPal)

Process the Refund on PayPal

First you must process the refund in PayPal. This refunds the money back to your customer. 

1. Login to your PayPal Account online
2. Refund the Transaction

Process the Refund on your Point of Sale

Next you have to process the refund in your Point of Sale.

1. From your Point of Sale, click Admin
2. Navigate to your Transaction Viewer
3. Select the Transaction to be refunded
4. Select the Prepaid Item
5. Select the Payment Type
6. Click Refund
7. Click Ok or choose an Alternate Payment Type and click Ok

Delete the Tee Time from your Tee Sheet

1. Delete the tee time from your Tee Sheet/Check-In Tee Sheet to remove the players
