Redeeming Tickets
In order to properly track which tickets are being redeemed it is important that the barcodes from the tickets be scanned or the ticket number should be typed in.
From the Main Screen
- Click Scan Ticket
- Scan the barcode or type in the ticket ID.
- Click Ok
- If the ticket redemption is the only item in the transaction, click Cash to finalize the transaction.
From the Sales Screen
- Click Scan Ticket
- Scan the barcode or type in the ticket ID.
- Click Ok
- If the ticket redemption is the only item in the transaction, click Cash to finalize the transaction.
From Check-In
- Click Check-In Tee Sheet
- From the check-in tee sheet, check the pay for box for the tee time that is checking in.
- For the golfer who is redeeming the ticket, click on the green fee to change it.
- Click Scan Ticket
- Scan or type in the Ticket ID.
- Click Ok
- If the ticket redemption is the only item in the transaction, click Cash to finalize the transaction.
From Table Service
- Select the table.
- Select the items to be added to the order.
- Click Scan Ticket
- Scan or type in the Ticket ID.
- Click Ok
- Click Save and Back to Customers
- If the ticket redemption is the only item in the transaction, click Pay for Orders and click Cash to finalize the transaction.
