[General Administration](https://academy.teeon.com/en-ca/academy-standalone/point-of-sale?hsLang=en-ca#general-administration) # Redeeming Tickets In order to properly track which tickets are being redeemed it is important that the barcodes from the tickets be scanned or the ticket number should be typed in. **From the Main Screen** 1. Click [**Scan Ticket**](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_224/ScanTicket.png) 2. Scan the barcode or type in the ticket ID.  3. Click **Ok    ** 4. If the ticket redemption is the only item in the transaction, click **Cash** to finalize the transaction. **From the Sales Screen** 1. Click [**Scan Ticket**](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_224/ScanTicket.png) 2. Scan the barcode or type in the ticket ID.  3. Click **Ok    ** 4. If the ticket redemption is the only item in the transaction, click **Cash** to finalize the transaction. **From Check-In** 1. Click [**Check-In Tee Sheet**](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_224/Check-InTeeSheet.png) 2. From the check-in tee sheet, check the pay for box for the tee time that is checking in.  3. For the [**golfer**](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_224/ClickOnGreenFeeToChangeIt.png) who is redeeming the ticket, click on the green fee to change it. 4. Click **Scan Ticket** 5. [**Scan or type**](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_224/ScanTicketID.png) in the Ticket ID.  6. Click **Ok** 7.  If the ticket redemption is the only item in the transaction, click **Cash** to finalize the transaction. **From Table Service** 1. Select the [**table**](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_224/SelectTheTable.png).  2. Select the items to be added to the order.  3. Click [**Scan Ticket**](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_224/TableServiceScanTicket.png) 4. Scan or type in the Ticket ID.  5. Click **Ok    ** 6. Click [**Save and Back to Customers**](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_224/SaveAndBackToCustomers.png) 7.  If the ticket redemption is the only item in the transaction, click **Pay for Orders** and click **Cash** to finalize the transaction. -
