Redeeming an Existing Gift Certificate

Existing Gift Certificates that have been Imported

For existing gift certificates that have been imported into Tee On, they can be redeemed in the same way as gift certificates that were issued through Tee On. Tee On gives full reporting on gift certificate balances and purchases.

  1. Select the items being sold.
  2. Select the Payment Type Gift Certificate. 
  3. Type in or scan the Gift Certificate ID.
  4. Click Ok

 

Existing Gift Certificates that have NOT been Imported

  1. Select the items being sold. 
  2. Select the Payment Type Existing Gift Certificate. 

For the existing gift certificates that have not been imported into Tee On, the Point of Sale will not keep track of the balances.
