Redeeming a Ticket without the Ticket Being Present

Turn on the Setting in your POS

  1. From your Point of Sale, click Admin
  2. Click Manage & Upgrade POS
  3. Check off Allow Redemption of tickets without the ticket being present
  4. This setting will allow you to select the ticket from the customers profile when you click Scan Ticket or Gift Certificate.

 

Redeeming a Game Pack or Ticket without the Ticket Being Present

  1. From the sales screen in your Point of Sale, click Select Customer and select the customer. 
  2. Click Scan Ticket. The customers tickets will appear on the screen. 
  3. Select the ticket to be redeemed. 
  4. Proceed with the transaction. Once the transaction is complete, you will see that selected ticket has been redeemed.
