Redeeming a Ticket without the Ticket Being Present
Turn on the Setting in your POS
- From your Point of Sale, click Admin
- Click Manage & Upgrade POS
- Check off Allow Redemption of tickets without the ticket being present.
- This setting will allow you to select the ticket from the customers profile when you click Scan Ticket or Gift Certificate.
Redeeming a Game Pack or Ticket without the Ticket Being Present
- From the sales screen in your Point of Sale, click Select Customer and select the customer.
- Click Scan Ticket. The customers tickets will appear on the screen.
- Select the ticket to be redeemed.
- Proceed with the transaction. Once the transaction is complete, you will see that selected ticket has been redeemed.
