Receipt/Cash Drawer Setup

Receipt / Cash Drawer Setup is a series of settings that can be activated or deactivated depending on the club's preferences. 

  1. Click Admin
  2. Click Receipt / Drawer Setup
  3. Select the settings you wish to activate. 

Group together dynamic combo/popup choices on receipts: When checked, if the same combo item is sold within the transaction, it will be

 

Print receipt for on account purchases: When checked, this setting will print an additional receipt for on account purchases. 

 

Print receipt for tab purchases: When checked, this setting will print an additional receipt for tab purchases. 

 

Use 2 cash drawers on this register: When checked, the register will use two separate cash drawers either for payment types (i.e. Canadian and US Cash) or virtual registers (i.e. two staff members sharing a register with separate cash floats). 

 

Give option to email customer receipt: Check this setting if you want to be prompted to email a receipt after each transaction. You are also prompted if you want to print a receipt or no receipt at all. 

 

Print staff name on receipts: Check this setting if you want to show the staff name on receipts.

 

Print transaction details on merchant receipt

 

Print merchant receipt only/prompt for printing customer receipt:

 

  1. Click Back. The settings will save automatically.
