Receipt Printer Isn't Printing
First, make sure that you have installed your receipt printer on the computer that you are working on. Most printers will come with an installation CD, if you no longer have the CD you can download the printer drivers from the web.
Next, make sure that the printer is printing a Windows test page. On your computer, go to Devices and Printers⇒ right click on the printer ⇒ click on Printer Properties ⇒ click Print Test Page. If a test page prints, you can move on to the next step of configuring the printer within the Point of Sale. If a test page doesn't print, check to make sure that you have installed the correct drivers, that the printer has a power source and is plugged into the computer properly. If the printer is not successfully printing a test page we will be unable to configure it within the Point of Sale.
Once you have a test page printing the printer can be configured in the Point of Sale. If you made any changes to the printer setup, close and re-open the Point of Sale before beginning the printer config process.
