Pro Shop Messages

Proshop Messages can be used to communicate with your staff and can be setup in advance or on the fly.

When adding the message there is an option to "Automatically display this message and force the staff to clear it every time the tee sheet is viewed for this day"

This is particularly useful when the message is regarding how the bookings should be taken on a particular day and forces your staff to acknowledge that they have seen the message. 

Adding a Pro Shop Message from the Tee Sheet

Note: This way only works for Super Administrators.

1. From the Tee Sheet on the day you want the Message to appear.
2. Click Info
3. Click Edit
4. Click Add
5. Choose a Single Date
6. If you want this message to appear on multiple dates click Multiple Dates and select the dates
7. Type in your Message
8. If you want your message to automatically display click the box beside Auto Display
9. Click Save

Adding a Pro Shop Message from the Admin Screen

1. Click Administration
2. Click Messages
3. Click Pro Shop Messages
4. Click Add
5. Choose a Single Date
6. If you want this message to appear on multiple dates click Multiple Dates and select the dates
7. Type in your Message
8. If you want your message to automatically display click the box beside Auto Display
9. Click Save
