Pro-Rated Rain Checks at Check-in

For clubs using pro-rated rain checks, you will need to follow the steps in the pro-rated rain check setup section first. Once your POS is setup to use pro-rated rain checks they can be issued and redeemed from check-in. 

Issuing Pro-Rated Rain Checks

Pro-Rated Rain Checks are issued directly from the tee time within check-in.

1. Check Pay for the tee time you want to issue rain checks for. 
2. Click Rain Check
3. Click Issue Rain Check
4. Type in the number of holes played.  
5. Check the box for the items rain checks are to be issued for. 
6. Click Ok

Redeeming Pro-Rated Rain Checks

Pro-Rated Rain Checks are redeemed directly from the tee time within check-in.

1. Check Pay for the tee time you want to issue rain checks for. 
2. Click Rain Check
3. Click Redeem Rain Check
4. Scan or Type in the Ticket ID. 
5. Click Ok
