From your Point of Sale, click **Admin** 2. Click **[Items & Departments](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_867/ItemsAndDepartmentsPrintingItemLabels.jpg) ** 3. Navigate to the item you want to print labels for and select the item. 4. Click [**Print Labels**](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_867/PrintLabelsPrintingItemLabels.jpg) on the bottom. 5. Type in the [**Number of Labels**](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_867/NumberOfLabelsPrintingItemLabels.jpg) to be printed. 6. If you are using an existing sheet type in the [**Row**](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_867/RowColumnPrintingItemLabels.jpg) and [**Column**](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_867/RowColumnPrintingItemLabels.jpg) to start printing. (E.g. You have used one label on the sheet of labels, you would start at Row 2, Column 1) The labels will start printing where you tell it to start. 7. Click [**Print**](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_867/PrintPrintingItemLabels.jpg) 8. If you are using a Zebra printer check off [**Use Zebra Printer**](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_867/UseZebraPrinterPrintingItemLabels.jpg). 9. Select your printer from the drop-down and then click [**Print**](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_867/ChoosePrinterPrintPrintingItemLabels.jpg).   **Printing Item Labels for Multiple Items** 1. From your Point of Sale, click **Admin** 2. Click [**Items & Departments**](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_867/ItemsAndDepartmentsPrintingItemLabels.jpg) 3. Click [**Print Item Labels**](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_867/PrintItemLabelsPrintingItemLabels.jpg) 4. Select the items you would like to print labels for. 5. If you want to print multiple labels for the same item, adjust the quantity for that item by selecting the item and clicking [**Set Quantity**](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_867/SetQuantityPrintingItemLabels.jpg). 6. You can also use the [**+1 **&](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_867/+1-1PrintingItemLabels.jpg)**[-1](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_867/+1-1PrintingItemLabels.jpg) **to adjust the quantity up or down. 7.
