Printing Customer Statements

For clubs who offer on account privileges to the members or public players, statements can be uploaded to the web or printed. You have the ability to print statements for all or for a group of customers using the Print Monthly Statements function. 

1. Click Admin
2. Click Reports
3. Click Print Statements
4. Select the month and year for the statement. 
5. Select the customers you want to print statements for. To choose member categories, click Choose Member Categories, and to choose member types click Choose Member Types (Note: If nothing is selected, statements will be printed for all customers with a balance.) 
6. Select the type of statement to be printed. 
7. Set the print options. 
8. Click Ok

A pdf file of the statements will be generated and can be printed on your computer's printer.
