Printing Customer Barcode Labels and Address Labels
The POS offers the ability to print customer labels that are a barcode that is unique to each individual customer. These labels can be used to create a member or player card for the customer that can be scanned in the POS to pull up the customer's profile at check-in or when making a purchase.
The POS can also print address labels for customers that can be used for mailouts.
The suggested labels for these printouts are Avery 5160 labels. They come in sheets of 30 - 3 x10. When you are printing from the POS you are given the option to select your starting position on the sheet.
Printing Multiple Customer Labels
- Click Admin
- Click Customers
- Click Member Labels
- Set parameters for how the labels will be printed.
- Set the start position for the label sheet.
- Click Print
Printing Individual Customer Labels
- Click Admin
- Click Customers
- Search and select a customer and then click Edit
- On the General tab of the profile, click Print Member Label
- Set the parameters for how the label will be printed.
- Set the start position for the label sheet.
- Click Print
Printing Multiple Customer Address Mailing Labels
- Click Admin
- Click Customers
- Click Address Labels
- Set parameters for how the labels will be printed.
- Set the start position for the label sheet.
- Click Print
Printing Individual Address Mailing Labels
- Click Admin
- Click Customers
- Search and select a customer.
- On the General tab of the profile, click Print Address Label.
- Set the parameters for how the label will be printed.
- Set the start position for the label sheet.
- Click Print
