Printing a Cart Waiver

Cart waivers can print automatically when you are selling a cart item through check-in. If you are not using check-in or if you don’t want to have cart waivers print automatically they can be issued manually.

Printing a Cart Waiver from Check-in

1. Check the Pay box for the tee time you want to check-in. 
2. Click Print Cart Waiver
3. Type in the cart number. 
4. Type in the golfer's name if necessary.
5. If you are using an integrated credit/debit processor you can also swipe the golfer's credit card for a pre-auth.
6. Click Ok

Printing a Cart Waiver from the Sales Screen

1. Click More Functions
2. Click Print Cart Waiver
3. Type in the cart number.
4. Type in the golfer’s name if necessary.
5. If you are using an integrated credit/debit processor you can also swipe the golfer’s credit card for a pre-auth.
6. Click Ok
