Prepayment for Public Bookings in the Pro Shop

Tee On gives you the ability to take pre-payments for public bookings in the proshop. You must make sure your online pricing is turned on and set up before turning this setting on.

When making bookings on your online tee sheet, you will have the option to Save & Pay when saving the tee time. This will allow you to enter the customers credit card information to pay for the booking over the phone. 

Turning on the Setting for Pre-payment Pro Shop Bookings

1. From your Tee On account online go to Administration
2. Click Online Pricing
3. Click Pricing Setup
4. Select the settings drop-down
5. Click Settings
6. Make sure Pro Shop Pricing is checked off. 
7. Check off Require Pre-Payment for Pro Shop Bookings
8. You can choose to Allow Exceptions which means your staff can make the booking without collecting payment every time, or you can choose to Force the payment with No Exceptions.
9. Click Save

Processing a Public Booking Pre-Payment over the Phone

1. From your Tee Sheet select the tee time
2. Search for the customers profile or enter the customers information
3. Click Save & Pay
4. If you have your pre-payment setting set to optional then check the box beside Optional - Pay the entire amount
5. Enter your customers Credit Card Number into the box provided
6. Enter the Expiry Date
7. Enter the Security Code
8. Click Process Payment
9. Once the payment has completed you will notice a $ beside the customers name. This means the booking was prepaid.
