- Solink Integration - New function to email sales data to Solink to integrate with their camera system.
Enhancements 💡
- Refunds - Added setting to not allow refunds from the Sales Screen.
- Refunds - Made changes to refunds to not items to be refunded more than once.
- Auto Payments (Membership Account) - Added function for membership account auto payments. You can set an amount you want to charge every time it's run.
- Gift Certificate Redemption - Added the ability to select multiple gift cards (virtual gift cards) so that you don't need to keep clicking gift card then apply multiple times.
- E-Range/Easy Picker PIN - Font is now larger for ball dispenser PINs.
- Report Enhancements - Enhancements to Refund/Void, Discount & Detailed Transactions reports to make the date and time more consistent.
- Printing/Emailing/Uploading Statements - Enhanced so that it ignores active status when checking the member type.
- Yearly Rental - Added a new "Inactive Flag" to rental category so that it won't display on sales screen when showing the lists that a customer is a part of. This is for courses that don't want to delete old rental categories but also don't want them to display in the message popup on the sales screen.
- Batch Payment Setup - Added a count to the total number of members in the batch payment.
- Power Carts in Express Check-In - Added an option to skip the cart so it's not always the first player that has to pay. It will prevent all golfers from skipping if the cart needs to be paid for.
- On Account for Express Check-In - Added function for members to be able to pay "On Account" if they have a green fee/cart fee.
- Department Links - Added the ability to select the color you want to use for all department links
- Minor Bug Fixes 🐞
