Tee On is pleased to offer to backup your POS Data at a secure data center - at no extra cost. Our POS Data Backup Service is optional, so your course will need to sign up to activate this service!
Why sign up?
The importance of creating backups of your POS data can’t be overstated, as data files can be damaged. Here’s why backups are essential to your business:
1. Computers Can Fail – It’s just good planning to ensure proper POS data backups are taking place regularly.
2. The Unexpected Happens – Backups protect your POS data from the unexpected: power outages, lightning strikes, human error, theft, computer viruses, floods, fires … etc.
Tee On’s POS Data Backup Service creates an automatic, secondary off-site backup of your course’s POS data, which will allow our team to help get your club back to business quickly. As a secondary backup, this service will only backup the last 10 days of POS data generated by your course. Your course remains responsible for its own primary backup solution (e.g. portable hard-drives, and/or cloud-based backup service, etc.).
Signing up is Easy

2. Return the Signed Document to Tee On
Note: Either email a scanned copy or photo of the agreement to support@tee-on.com
3. Once we have received the signed agreement, Tee On will activate the POS Data Backup Service for your course.
