Performing a Refund in the Online Store (PayPal)
When refunding an item in the online store, you must refund the item in PayPal and your Tee On Point of Sale. If you only do the refund in the Point of Sale, the money will not be sent back to the customer who purchased the item.
Perform the Refund in PayPal
- Sign into your PayPal account.
- Select the transaction to refund.
- Click Refund this Payment
- Apply the refund amount.
- You may also add an invoice number or note to buyer. These are optional.
- Click Continue
- Confirm the refund details and then click Issue Refund. To make changes, click Edit.
Perform the Refund in the Point of Sale
- From your Tee On Point of Sale, click Admin
- Click Transaction Viewer
- Search for the transaction.
- Select the transaction.
- Select the item and click Refund.
- Click OK
