Online Reports Overview
Booking Reports
For all the reports listed below, select the dates for the report you want to run. You can choose "Current month to date", "Year to date", "Include current month", or you can choose "Custom Dates".
Bookings Report
The Bookings Report shows you:
- Total number of pro shop bookings (18 Holes and 9 Holes)
- Total number of web bookings (18 Holes and 9 Holes)
- Total combined bookings of pro shop and web. (18 Holes and 9 Holes)
- Total number of no shows (18 Holes and 9 Holes)
- Total number of cart riders (18 Holes and 9 Holes)
- Total number of tournament players and carts.
- Total number of league players and carts riders.
Bookings by Member Type Report
The Bookings by Member Type Report shows you the total bookings for each member type for the dates you select. The report shows you the totals for each day (18 & 9 Hole rounds).
Member Bookings Report
The Member Bookings Report shows you the member name, member ID, and member type. It also shows you:
- Number of Member Booking on Pro Shop and Web
- Number of Guests booked on Pro Shop and Web
- Number of League Member rounds.
- Total number of rounds.
- Number of No Shows (Member and Guest)
- Number of Cart Riders (Member and Guest)
Rounds Report
The Rounds Report gives you the round totals for all member types. It shows the Customer Type, Customer ID, and Customer Name. You can choose to include public, league and tournament rounds. It gives you:
- Number of Booked Rounds (18 & 9 Holes)
- Number of Rounds Checked In (18 & 9 Holes)
- Number of No Shows (18 & 9 Holes)
- Rounds Not Marked (18 & 9 Holes)
No Show Report
The No Show Report gives you a list of all the no shows for the selected time frame. It shows you the date of the no show, the tee time of the no show, the golfer name and Customer ID.

Tee Times Report
TheTee Times Reportallows you to create a printable report for a full day or a specific time range. You can choose to include the front nine, back nines or both nines. You can also choose to stack nines. The Tee Times report has the ability to show cart column, member ID's, POS usernames, customer types, phone numbers, notes and all player names in a single column. You are able to choose the Row height and the font size for the report.
Cart Report
The Cart Report allows you to choose a specific day or a range of days. The report includes the Cart No, Nine, Date, Time, # of Holes, # of Carts, Name, Phone # and time the cart was booked.
Course Usage Report
TheCourse Usage Reportgives you the total number of golfers booked by day over the selected time period and settings. It will give you the bookings by day of the week and time of day. You can run the report for an individual day, or for a range of days. You have the ability to sort it by "Total Bookings by Day", "Average Bookings by Day", "Total Bookings Comparison of Pro Shop vs Web" and "Average Booking Comparison of Pro Shop vs Web".
Daily Summary Report
The Daily Summary Report shows you the total rounds for 18 and 9 hole rounds. You can count league by reserved bookings or by players booked. You can count tournaments by reserved players or players booked.
Future Bookings Report
The Future Bookings Report is a report that shows your future bookings. It shows you the starting nine, tee time, # of players, # of holes, # of carts, players, and when the time was booked.
Bookings Made Report
The Bookings Made Report shows the bookings made since the date and time chosen. It shows you the date, starting nine, tee time, # of golfers, # of holes, # of carts, player names, and the time the tee time was booked.
Booking History
The Booking History shows you the booking history for a golfer. Choose a start and end date. You can search for bookings that the golfer is included in, booked or both. Search for the golfer by member ID, username, phone #, email or name.
Members
Member Statements
Member Statements that are uploaded from the Point of Sale into online will show up under member statements. Click on the report to view it.
Point of Sale
POS Reports
Reports that are exported from the POS to online will show up here. Click on the report to view it.
Tournaments
Tournaments Report
The Tournaments Report gives you a tournament list for the chosen time period. It includes the date of the tournament, the tournament start time, name, type, size, # of carts, # of holes, and the start 9. It also gives you a player count for each tournament type.
Weather
Weather Report
The Weather Report gives you the bookings in relation to weather conditions. Select the dates and then click "Print" to print the weather report.
