Online Pricing Setup
Create the Online Pricing Items (Courses with Tee Sheet and Point of Sale)
- Click Administration
- Click Online Pricing
- Click Pricing Setup
- Select the fee type.
- Click Add
- Set the Item Type. All items set up here are either green fees or cart fees and are associated with either 18 or 9 holes. Choose the item type and number of holes for this item.
- Click Select Item to search for the item.
- Click Browse POS Departments to browse your POS departments for the Online Pricing item.
- Click Search and search by item name or SKU. You can search by what an item contains, starts with or an exact match. Combo items configured in the Tee-On Point of Sale do not work with online items and are excluded from the results.
- Mark the Item as a Special and type in a description if desired.
- Set Pre-Payment Options - Items can be set to allow pre-payment. Pre-payment can be enabled or disabled independently for each item. Optional pre-payments can be configured to have a percentage discount. Choose the pre-payment options for this item.
- If you choose Always - Force pre-payment of green fees and cart fees then choose who you will collect from by making a selection from the drop-down.
- If you choose Optional - allow golfers to choose if they want to pre-pay then you will have an option to enter a pre-pay discount percentage.
- Set a short description. Items can have up to three lines of text providing a short description of the item. The lines are limited to 20 characters each due to the limited space available on the price display.
- OPTIONAL - Set Details Popup Description. Items can have a popup containing a more detailed description that appears after a golfer clicks a tee time. This popup only appears if there is a description or the item has extra information to show. (i.e. a special which has a special description)
- OPTIONAL - Restrict Players. Items can be restricted for sale to specific group sizes only. An example would be a cart special that is only valid for 2 or 4 players. Choose the group size(s) that can purchase this item.
- Click Save
Create the Online Pricing Items (Courses with Tee Sheet Only)
- Click Administration
- Click Online Pricing
- Click Pricing Setup
- Select the green fee type.
- Click Add
- Set the Item Type. All items set up here are either green fees or cart fees and are associated with either 18 or 9 holes. Choose the item type and number of holes for this item.
- Type the item name. The item name is only seen in the pro shop. It is not seen by the golfer. It should describe the item in a way that uniquely identifies the item from other public green fee items.
- Type in the Price, Tax Percentage and Sku of the online pricing item.
- If you want this item to be displayed as a special, mark the item as a special and give the special a description.
- Set Pre-Payment Options - Items can be set to allow pre-payment. Pre-payment can be enabled or disabled independently for each item. Optional pre-payments can be configured to have a percentage discount. Choose the pre-payment options for this item.

- Click Save
Add the Pricing to a Pricing Template
- Click Administration
- Click Online Pricing
- Click Pricing Setup
- Select Public Pricing Templates
- Click Add
- Give the Template a name.
- To add a time range click Add Time Range.
- Choose the Start and End Times, and then click Save.
- To delete a time range, select the row and click Delete Time Range.
- From the drop-down, choose the 18 Hole Green Fee.
- From the drop-down, choose the 18 Hole Cart Fee.
- Repeat the same steps for the 9 Hole Green Fee & Cart Fee.
- Click Save when finished editing the Pricing Template.
Configure the Public Pricing Template Defaults
- Click Administration
- Click Online Pricing
- Click Pricing Setup
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page, and select Public Pricing Templates.
- Click Template Defaults
- From the drop-down, choose the template default for the chosen day.
- Click Save
Apply the Special to a Specific Tee Time on your Tee Sheet
- Navigate to your Tee Sheet.
- To change the price to a special price that you created, click on the price beside the tee time.
- Choose the 18 Hole Green Fee price from the drop-down.
- Choose the 18 Hole Cart Fee price from the drop-down.
- Repeat the same steps for the 9 hole green fee & cart fee.
- Once you have finished editing the prices, click Save Price Changes.
