On Account Purchases and Payments

Identifying the Individual or Event

  1. From the sales screen, click Select Customer.
  2. Search by Name or Username to Identify the Customer or Scan their member card. 
  3. Continue with the transaction normally.

 

On Account Purchases

  1. Click Select Customer
  2. Search by Name or Username to Identify the Customer or Scan their member card. 
  3. Proceed with the transaction.
  4. Click the Payment Type of On Account

 

Account Payments

  1. Click Select Customer
  2. Search by Name or Username to Identify the Customer or Scan their member card. 
  3. Click Account Payment
  4. Type the Amount they are paying. 
  5. Click the Payment Type

 

Running an Updated Member Statement

  1. Click Admin
  2. Click Reports
  3. Select the Monthly Statement or the Monthly/Event Statement – Detailed
  4. Click Ok    
  5. Search the member and click Ok
