Non Returning Customers Report

The Non Returning Customers Report includes public players who booked a tee time between the start and end dates selected and have not booked any times since. You have the option to export the list to Constant Contact or a CSV (Excel) file. Only players who have indicated that they want to receive email promotions will be included in the export. 

Export to Constant Contact

  1. Click Administration
  2. Click Customers
  3. Click Non Returning Customers
  4. Set the Start and End Dates.
  5. Click Export to Constant Contact
  6. Click Finish

Export to CSV

  1. Click Administration
  2. Click Customers
  3. Click Non Returning Customers
  4. Set the Start and End Dates
  5. Click Export to CSV
  6. Click Save or Open to retrieve the list.
