Non Returning Customers Report
The Non Returning Customers Report includes public players who booked a tee time between the start and end dates selected and have not booked any times since. You have the option to export the list to Constant Contact or a CSV (Excel) file. Only players who have indicated that they want to receive email promotions will be included in the export.
Export to Constant Contact
- Click Administration
- Click Customers
- Click Non Returning Customers
- Set the Start and End Dates.
- Click Export to Constant Contact
- Click Finish
Export to CSV
- Click Administration
- Click Customers
- Click Non Returning Customers
- Set the Start and End Dates
- Click Export to CSV
- Click Save or Open to retrieve the list.
