# Multi-Course Gift Certificates

Multi-Course Gift Certificates allow you to sell and redeem gift certificates across multiple properties.

 

**Adding a Multi-Course Gift Certificate**

1. From your Point of Sale, click **Admin**. 
2. Select **[Gift Certificates](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_785/MultiCourseGCGiftCertificates.png)**
3. Select the [**Gift Certificate Printer** ](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_785/MultiCourseGCPrinter.png)from the drop-down. 
4. Select the **[Gift Certificate Redemption ](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_785/MultiCourseGCRedemption.png)**from the drop-down. 
5. Click **[Add](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_785/MultiCourseGCAdd.png)**
6. Type in a [**Description** ](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_785/MultiCourseGCDescription.png)of the Gift Certificate. 
7. Type in the [**Value** ](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_785/MultiCourseGCValue.png)of the Gift Certificate. 
8. Click** [Ok](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_785/MultiCourseGCOk.png)**
9. The new Gift Certificate can be found in your **[Gift Certificates](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_785/MultiCourseGCDepartment.png)** department. 

 

**Redeeming a Multi-Course Gift Certificate from the Sales Screen**

1. From the **Sales Screen **in your Point of Sale, select the items that are going to be purchased.
2. Select the [**Gift Certificate**](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_785/MultiCourseGCPaymentType.png) payment type. 
3. If you can't see the **Gift Certificate** payment type, click** [More](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_785/MultiCourseGCMore.png)** and the payment type will appear. 
4. [**Scan the Gift Certificate**](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_785/MultiCourseGCSalesScan.png) barcode, or manually type in the number of the gift certificate. 
5. You may also **[select the Gift Certificate](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_785/MultiCourseGCSalesSelect.png) **if it is a virtual gift certificate. 

 

**Redeeming a Multi-Course Gift Certificate from the Check-In Tee Sheet**

1. From your Point of Sale, click **[Check-In Tee Sheet](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_785/MultiCourseGCCheckInTeeSheet.png)**
2. Select the **[Pay](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_785/MultiCourseGCPayBox.png)** box beside the tee time. 
3. Select the **[Paying Player](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_785/MultiCourseGCPayingPlayer.png)**
4. Select the items in the transaction.
5. Select the** [Gift Certificate](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_785/MultiCourseGCPaymentTypeCI.png)** payment type. 
6. If you can't see the **Gift Certificate** payment type, click **[More](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_785/MultiCourseGCMoreCI.png) **and the payment type will appear. 
7. [**Scan the Gift Certificate**](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_785/MultiCourseGCScanCI.png) barcode, or manually type in the number of the gift certificate. 
8.  You may also **[select the Gift Certificate](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_785/MultiCourseGCSelectCI.png) **if it is a virtual gift certificate. 

 

**Redeeming a Multi-Course Gift Certificate from the Tables Screen**

1. From your Point of Sale, click **[Tables](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_785/MultiCourseGCTables.png)**.
2. Select the **[Table](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_785/MultiCourseGCSelectTable.png)**
3. Select the **[Paying Customer](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_785/MultiCourseGCSelectCustomer.png)**
4. Click **[Pay for Order(s)](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_785/MultiCourseGCPayForOrders.png)**
5. Select the **[Gift Certificate](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_785/MultiCourseGCTablesPaymentType.png)** payment type. 
6. If you can't see the **Gift Certificate** payment type, click[**More**](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_785/MultiCourseGCTablesPaymentTypeMore.png) and the payment type will appear. 
7. **[Scan the Gift Certificate](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_785/MultiCourseGCTablesScan.png)** barcode, or manually type in the number of the gift certificate. 
8. You may also **[select the Gift Certificate](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_785/MultiCourseGCTablesSelectGC.png)** if it is a virtual gift certificate. 

 

**Checking the Balance of a Multi-Course Gift Certificate**

1. From the **Sales Screen **in your Point of Sale, click **[More Functions](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_785/MultiCourseGCMoreFunctions.png)**. 
2. Click **[Gift Certificate Balance](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_785/MultiCourseGCBalance.png)**
3. Scan the Gift Certificate or manually type in the **[Ticket ID](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_785/MultiCourseGCBalanceSca.png)**.
