Multi-Course Gift Certificates

Multi-Course Gift Certificates allow you to sell and redeem gift certificates across multiple properties.

 

Adding a Multi-Course Gift Certificate

  1. From your Point of Sale, click Admin. 
  2. Select Gift Certificates
  3. Select the Gift Certificate Printer from the drop-down. 
  4. Select the Gift Certificate Redemption from the drop-down. 
  5. Click Add
  6. Type in a Description of the Gift Certificate. 
  7. Type in the Value of the Gift Certificate. 
  8. Click Ok
  9. The new Gift Certificate can be found in your Gift Certificates department. 

 

Redeeming a Multi-Course Gift Certificate from the Sales Screen

  1. From the Sales Screen in your Point of Sale, select the items that are going to be purchased.
  2. Select the Gift Certificate payment type. 
  3. If you can't see the Gift Certificate payment type, click More and the payment type will appear. 
  4. Scan the Gift Certificate barcode, or manually type in the number of the gift certificate. 
  5. You may also select the Gift Certificate if it is a virtual gift certificate. 

 

Redeeming a Multi-Course Gift Certificate from the Check-In Tee Sheet

  1. From your Point of Sale, click Check-In Tee Sheet
  2. Select the Pay box beside the tee time. 
  3. Select the Paying Player
  4. Select the items in the transaction.
  5. Select the Gift Certificate payment type. 
  6. If you can't see the Gift Certificate payment type, click More and the payment type will appear. 
  7. Scan the Gift Certificate barcode, or manually type in the number of the gift certificate. 
  8.  You may also select the Gift Certificate if it is a virtual gift certificate. 

 

Redeeming a Multi-Course Gift Certificate from the Tables Screen

  1. From your Point of Sale, click Tables.
  2. Select the Table
  3. Select the Paying Customer
  4. Click Pay for Order(s)
  5. Select the Gift Certificate payment type. 
  6. If you can't see the Gift Certificate payment type, click More and the payment type will appear. 
  7. Scan the Gift Certificate barcode, or manually type in the number of the gift certificate. 
  8. You may also select the Gift Certificate if it is a virtual gift certificate. 

 

Checking the Balance of a Multi-Course Gift Certificate

  1. From the Sales Screen in your Point of Sale, click More Functions. 
  2. Click Gift Certificate Balance
  3. Scan the Gift Certificate or manually type in the Ticket ID.
