Member Expiry

Clubs who have their members or certain member types expire on a predetermined date are able to set an expiry date for the member. When the member expiry function is active, all members who have an expiry date that is past will be set to inactive and to have "No Member Type" (the system will treat them as a public player). Before turning this on, go through your member list and verify that the expiry dates are correct. 

1. Click Admin
2. Click Customers
3. Click Set Member Expiry
4. Check the box to Activate Member Expiry
5. Set the Default Expiry Date. 
6. Click Update Member Expiry 
7. Select the member types you want to apply the expiry.
8. Click Ok
9. Click Yes
10. Click Ok
