Live Data vs. Report Data

When you are running POS reports, if you are running reports that span longer than one week you will be prompted to choose from live data or report data.

Report Data helps prevent your system from slowing down while you are running large reports and reports information as of 4am on the date you are running the report. 

Live Data allows you to run reports that include transactions and changes for the current day, however, you may slow down the other POS clients impacting their ability to process transactions.
